Justin Herman is from Dexter, a small town in the boot heel of Missouri, where friendliness, hard work, and honesty is expected. He learned at an early age what it meant to work hard and serve others from his parents through his upbringing in the church. His father, a crop duster pilot, and his mother, who worked on an assembly line, worked hard to instill these values in Justin while growing up.
Justin is a devoted husband for over 20 years, and the father of three boys. He enjoys being involved in his local community going to and speaking at events in order to promote better hearing. Justin credits his wife for the introduction to the hearing field, who also serves the hearing community.
Education and Training
Justin is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at our Farmington and Rolla offices. He achieved an AAS degree in electronics. Justin was a vocational teacher who taught welding and metallurgy for some years before entering the hearing field. Justin has been a hearing instrument specialist for over 10 years and received his board certification in 2015.
